2008 CALENDAR

March 14 - April 11 Michigan Fine Arts Competition - Works exhibited at the Birmingham Bloomfield Art Association

Paint North Carolina - April 7 to 12. This is the fourth year I've painted in this event. Joined by 34 talented artists from all over, we paint some of the most beautful places and at the end of the week there is 150 paintings for exhibition and sale at Germanton Gallery, in the town of Germanton.
Recent Travels

Santa Fe, New Mexico is a great place to paint in and around. I was fortunate enough to paint with the New Mexico Plein Air Painters for their annual event in August where we painted around Santa Fe and Taos with some of the most beautiful landscapes and locations I've ever seen. A gallery opening followed with some impressive paintings in Santa Fe. I'll be back.

 PROJECTS

WESTERN SADDLE MAILBOX -
I'm working on the final prototype of my mailbox saddle and will be making molds of it this weekend. The original is sculpted out of clay and the final casting will be a durable saddle that fits over an existing mailbox.
